Key Role: Senior Production Controller/Team Leader
We are seeking a skilled and experienced frontline leader to join our processing operations in a metro-based facility.
This leadership role oversees daily production activities across a range of high-quality seafood products - from raw to cooked formats - ensuring all operations are safe, efficient, and compliant with food quality standards.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure adherence to workplace safety and security protocols.
* Oversee compliance with HACCP, SQF, and other critical control processes.
* Monitor productivity, resolve process issues, and allocate resources effectively.
* Identify opportunities to enhance operations and escalate them accordingly.
* Provide clear direction, coaching, and accountability across shifts.
* Lead with respect, professionalism, and fairness.
