This is a part-time role working up to 4 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and facilitation - Support the design and delivery of engaging learning programs, workshops, and resources across AMS. Facilitate learning sessions (in-person and virtual) to build capability across leadership, professional development, and compliance areas. Contribute to the development of induction and onboarding programs that give new team members a great start at AMS. Assist with creating learning content such as presentations, guides, and e-learning modules.
- Learning coordination - Support with managing learning calendars and support the smooth delivery of programs and events. Provide logistical and administrative support for learning initiatives (e.g. scheduling, communications, participant materials). Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve learning experiences.
- Learning systems & tools - Support the maintenance of the online learning platform (Cornerstone LMS), including uploading content, monitoring completions, and responding to user queries. Use systems and data to help track learning activity and measure effectiveness of programs.
- Organisational development support - Support with initiatives such as capability building, engagement surveys, and diversity, equity, and inclusion activities. Assist in the rollout of psychometric tools used in coaching and team development.
Qualifications
- Experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or Instructional Design.
- Strong interest and ability in facilitation and designing engaging learning experiences.
- Familiarity with different training methods (classroom, virtual, e-learning).
- Experience with LMS platforms (Cornerstone preferred).
- Excellent communication skills - able to engage participants and build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- To be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
