Offering a genuine starting salary package of $110,000 - well in excess of the industry standard with additional commissions based on performance.
You do not require real estate sales experience to be successful for the role. In fact, we're specifically not looking for experienced agents. We are searching for the right people. We have a successful track record of turning the right people into the right agents.
The successful candidate must possess:

Successful real estate agents come from a variety of different backgrounds. While you don't need any previous experience in real estate sales, you do need experience in life, especially a record of success in dealing with people, demonstrated achievement and perseverance in past endeavours, and a competitive nature. Ideally, you need a good understanding of the rigours of purchasing real estate and preferably live locally.
