Key Role: Administration Assistant
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for coordinating and performing day-to-day administration tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service over the phone and via email.
* Manage administrative functions such as filing, records management and data entry.
* Provide administrative support to our local team members.
* Process petty cash, corporate card transactions and perform reconciliations.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in an administration role with excellent communication skills.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude.
* Highly organized and detail-focused approach to tasks.
* Excellent computer skills and proficiency in database systems.
* Desirable: Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening.
