About the Role
The Early Childhood Directorate leads and operates a suite of government early childhood services and programs, approved under the Education Regulation and Standards Act.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Coordinate business and administrative activities for the Playgroup Services Unit, including fleet coordination, human resources requirements, program reporting, ICT asset management, professional development coordination, budget monitoring, meeting support, and project support.
* Contribute to the support, delivery, and maintenance of efficient work practices within the program.
Requirements
The successful applicant must hold a WWCC prior to employment, which requires renewal every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN – EC Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course, which will be required to be updated every three years.
