Working closely with senior finance leadership and operational stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in supporting business performance through accurate reporting, insightful analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts and variance analysis Support budgeting and re-forecasting processes across the business Deliver commercial insights to operational and leadership teams Manage month-end close activities, journals and balance sheet reconciliations Oversee rebate accounting, accruals and reporting processes Assist with audit, compliance and tax-related requirements Support ERP, reporting and finance process improvement initiatives Contribute to business cases, pricing reviews and operational analysis projects About You CA/CPA qualified (or working towards) 3–5 years’ experience in management or financial accounting Background within manufacturing, distribution or product-based industries preferred Strong Excel and ERP systems capability Analytical, commercially curious and detail-oriented Confident engaging with stakeholders across finance and operations Proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious accountant looking to broaden their commercial finance capability within a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
