Our Retail Assistants are vital to the running of a store, so you’ll always be kept busy.

- Monday - Friday (7am to 8pm)
- Saturday (7am to 6pm)
- Sunday (9am to 4pm)

Training & Career Development
- First Steps to Management (16 weeks): Open to Service Assistants seeking to move into management with on-the-job learning and a path to a Trade Counter Supervisor role.
- Power Up to Trade+ (12-15 months): Trade Supplier Apprenticeship at level 2, leading toward a Trade+ Sales Supervisor.
- Trade Up to Branch Manager (over 15 months): Supervision and learning to run a store, culminating in a Level 4 Retail Manager Apprenticeship.
- Learning for Life: Open opportunity to learn wider life skills; partnerships with Skills Forward for Maths and English coaching.
