Job Summary
IIQAF Group is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Entry Officer to manage and process orders for our hospitality operations in Sydney. This role ensures accurate order processing, timely coordination with procurement and warehouse teams, and smooth delivery of food, beverages, and hospitality supplies to hotels, restaurants, and events.
Ideal candidates have experience in order management, hospitality logistics, and inventory coordination and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately process incoming food, beverage, and hospitality supply orders
* Maintain order records, invoices, and delivery schedules
* Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment
* Monitor stock levels, shortages, and order discrepancies
* Communicate with suppliers and vendors to resolve order issues
* Support inventory and logistics tracking systems
* Ensure compliance with hospitality, safety, and inventory management standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Order Entry Officer, Order Clerk, or Logistics Coordinator
* Background in hospitality operations, hotels, or catering supply chains
* Strong numerical, data entry, and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Proficiency with MS Office, ERP, or order management systems
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of hospitality inventory systems or POS integration
* Experience in large-scale hospitality operations or event logistics
* Multilingual skills are a plus
