Sales Growth Specialist - Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting, relationship-building, and strategic selling. This role will be pivotal in expanding our market presence and driving business success by promoting our products to potential clients.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of relevant sales experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills to establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory through research, cold calling, door-to-door selling, and networking.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and effectively promote our products/services.
* Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
* Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Door-to-door sales experience is preferred.
* Travel is expected to be 50%+.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions, negotiate terms, and build rapport with clients.
* Strong interpersonal skills to establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
