We are seeking a passionate Dermal Therapist or Beauty Therapist who is currently studying or recently graduated and ready to grow within a clinic that values ethical practice, continuous learning, and long-term success.
This role is ideal for someone who is deeply interested in skin health, holistic wellbeing, and making a real difference in people's lives—not just clocking hours.
About the Role
* Casual employment with opportunity to grown (Initially 1-2 days a week, opportunities for more)
* Working alongside a supportive, education-focused team
* Hands-on experience in a professional skin clinic environment
* Ongoing training and mentorship provided
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality skin and beauty treatments aligned with Oak's standards
* Provide thorough consultations with a strong focus on education and results
* Build genuine, long-term client relationships based on trust and care
* Follow and uphold ethical, evidence-based skin practices
* Contribute positively to clinic culture, teamwork, and growth
* Actively work towards and track clear KPIs (retail, treatment outcomes, client retention, rebooking, professionalism)
About You
You are someone who:
* Is currently studying or a recent graduate in Dermal Therapy or Beauty Therapy
* Has a true passion for skin, health, and overall wellbeing
* Genuinely wants to help people feel confident and improve their skin health
* Is motivated by personal growth, learning, and contributing to a clinic's success—not just earning a wage
* Is open to feedback, coaching, and ongoing education
* Values ethical practice, honesty, and integrity in treatment and product recommendations
