Title: Operations Manager
Location: Surry Hills, Sydney

This senior-level role is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the business, including production, supply chain, logistics, sales support, retail, e-commerce, and finance administration. The successful candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, ensuring that internal functions operate efficiently and are aligned with broader business goals. Reporting directly to the Founder, this role plays a critical part in supporting the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Strategy
* Manage daily operations across wholesale, retail, e-commerce, production, and logistics
* Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration across teams and partners
* Lead operational planning, process improvements, and system implementation
* Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and internal reporting frameworks
Supply Chain & Production
* Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, including supplier management, raw material tracking, and delivery timelines
* Manage inventory, warehousing, and product movement
* Ensure seasonal product collections are delivered on time and within budget
Retail & E-Commerce
* Monitor retail and online performance, including inventory levels and reporting
* Support product launches and seasonal campaign execution
* Contribute to a consistent and aligned customer experience across all channels
Finance & Administration
* Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control
* Liaise with external accountants and bookkeepers on cash flow, payroll, and compliance
* Maintain oversight of financial and administrative systems
* Lead a small, cross-functional team and support a high-performance culture
* Set team KPIs and manage performance reviews
* Recruit and onboard new staff in line with business needs
Candidate Profile:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in operations, production, or general management within fashion, retail, or consumer goods
* Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory systems, and operational workflows
* Proficient in systems such as ERP platforms, inventory software, Shopify, and Xero
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
* Detail-oriented, commercially minded, and highly organised
* Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
