Murdoch University is collaborating with University of Melbourne and Western Sydney University to find innovative solutions to the complex challenges that arise from the demands and impacts of soil biodiversity and nutrient cycling
The Role
The Post-Doctoral Fellow role is to identify soil faunal communities, reveal their interactions with soil microorganisms, and decipher their roles in regulating nitrogen and phosphorus cycles using combined morphological identification, advanced stable isotope tracing technique, and state-of-the-art molecular approaches.
What you'll bring to this role
- A PhD in an area relevant to the field
- Advanced experience in soil science and isotope tracing techniques
- Effective communication skills
- An Australian driver's license (or ability to obtain)
