Overview
We're looking for a Solutions Engineer ITSM/ESM to expand our growing business and team in Australia. Our Solutions Engineers solve our customers' hardest problems and close enterprise deals. You'll work directly with enterprise sales teams and channel partners to understand customer needs, strategize on winning sales cycles, provide value-based demonstrations, support enterprise Proof of Concepts, and close business. Responsibilities
Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the customer journey
Investigate, discover, and assess client pain points and map client business and technical requirements to Atlassian capabilities
Partner with sales management to align the overall account plan and customer outcomes
Deliver deeply compelling presentations, demonstrations and proof of concepts to customers and prospects
Work with product management to advance Atlassian's product line and provide customer feedback
Qualifications
You have at least 5 years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity
You have a proven track record of delivering successful customer outcomes and building trusted relationships with stakeholders
You have deep knowledge of the ITSM/ESM domain and experience with the ANZ market; experience with other APAC countries is a plus
You're comfortable in both business and technical contexts
You are eager to learn, open to feedback, resilient, competitive, and focused on making clients successful
