Are you a passionate health and wellness professional looking for your next move? This is your opportunity to step into a meaningful education role and become an Industry Mentor .
Ulleo is seeking a knowledgeable and engaging professional to support students across our Health & Wellness short courses, including areas such as health & nutrition, holistic health, wellbeing, and related programs.
You'll guide students through their learning journey - offering feedback, answering questions, and sharing your real-world experience through live events and one-on-one sessions.
Whether you've mentored before or this is your first step into education, we'll support you in making the transition.
What You'll Do
Student Support (90%)
* Respond to student questions on our learning platform
* Mark assignments and provide meaningful, constructive feedback
* Host online course events (e.g., live Q&As, workshops)
* Facilitate 1:1 student sessions offering industry insights and career guidance
* Assist with planning and developing event resources such as slides or podcast talking points
* Flag any concerns about student progress or engagement
* Collaborate with Ulleo's Head of Operations to improve delivery and student outcomes
* Identify opportunities to enhance course content or resources
About You
* 10+ years of experience in the health & wellness industry
* Actively working in the industry
* Relevant qualifications in nutrition, health science, wellness coaching, holistic health, or similar
* A passion for education and mentoring the next generation of health & wellness professionals
* Confident communicator and tech-savvy (Zoom, learning platforms, etc.)
* Willingness to obtain a Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* Hold or be willing to obtain public liability insuranc
