As a Supervising Facilities Officer, you will be responsible for leading a team of facilities attendants and ensuring the maintenance of our accommodation and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise a team of facilities attendants to ensure the effective maintenance of facilities and equipment.
* Coordinate and allocate tasks to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.
* Monitor and control budgets to ensure cost-effective management of resources.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* At least two years' experience in a maintenance or trades assistant role.
* A minimum of six months' experience of supervising a team.
* Knowledge of equipment and materials routinely used in facilities operations.
* Current LF Forklift licence and Manual Drivers licence, Class C.
