A fast-growing OEM in the solar and battery market is hiring a Channel Sales Manager to build and grow a high-performing partner network across the residential energy segment. This is a leadership role for someone who can combine commercial drive with channel discipline—recruiting and enabling the right dealers/installers, improving partner performance, and creating a repeatable channel growth engine.
You'll join a business operating in one of the most active segments of the energy transition, with the opportunity to shape how partners go to market, how opportunities are qualified, and how channel performance is measured. This is a role with genuine influence—ideal for someone who enjoys building structures, coaching partners, and scaling revenue through relationships rather than one-off deals.
What you'll do
* Build and grow a network of channel partners (installers, dealers, resellers and relevant energy partners).
* Own partner onboarding, enablement and ongoing performance management.
* Develop channel playbooks, partner engagement cadences, and KPI frameworks to drive sell-through.
* Work with internal sales/marketing teams to improve lead flow, partner activation and campaign effectiveness.
* Support partners on solution positioning, objection handling and commercial conversations to improve conversion.
* Track channel pipeline, forecast partner performance and maintain high CRM/data discipline.
* Protect brand standards and customer outcomes through strong partner governance and communication.
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in channel sales / partner sales in solar, battery storage, energy, electrical products or adjacent technical B2B categories.
* Strong relationship management and partner enablement capability.
* Track record building or scaling dealer/installer networks and improving partner performance.
* Commercial acumen, forecasting discipline and CRM proficiency.
* Big bonus for existing relationships with Distributors
