About the role: Location: Cockburn, Rockingham and MandurahPermanent Part-Time position - 2 days per weekSalary: $78,894 to $109,079 (pro rate) including Salary Packaging (up to $18,550) You will have the opportunity to: Develop Dietetic services funded by the NDIS and MedicareDeliver individualised client centred interventions to customers at our hubs and in community based settings, including group homesWork collaboratively to achieve clinical excellenceContribute to innovative service improvements by 'Looking for Better Ways'Be a part of a diversified and progressive disability service organisationYour case-list will consist of a wide age range of people with a disability from paediatrics to adults with varying complexity and diagnoses to provide you with opportunities for ongoing clinical skill development.
To be considered for this position, you will be required to demonstrate: Excellent customer service that meets individual goalsExcellent communication and relationship building skillsWell developed clinical reasoning skills that are solution focusedProven ability to work collaboratively with customers, key stakeholders and team membersPersonal resilience working in a changing environment Rocky Bay is looking for people who have: 2 years previous experience working as a Dietitian (minimum)Relevant tertiary qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics from a recognised institutionMembership as an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with Dietitians AustraliaExperience working with individuals with disabilities of all ages with a working knowledge of enteral nutrition guidelinesExperience working with a paediatric caseloadExperience working within an interdisciplinary teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEligibility for Medicare Provider NumberWorking collaboratively with customers, Rocky Bay employees are motivated by the desire to optimise quality of life for people with a disability and make a positive difference to achieving their individual goals and outcomes.
