Senior Insurance Broker (Account Manager)
Insurance Broker (Account Manager or Senior Account Manager) | Gold Coast | HybridHAYLO People are specialists in General Insurance recruitment. We are partnering with a high-growth, reputable brokerage on the Gold Coast to appoint an Account Manager to drive business growth.
This is a hybrid account management and sales role, suited to a quality broker who enjoys long-term client relationships, proactive portfolio management, and delivering consistent, high-quality service.
* Salary: $120k - $140k + Super (based on experience)

The role:
* Deliver end-to-end account management including new business development, renewals, market placement, and client servicing
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive portfolio management
* Work closely with internal Account Executives, Assistants, and claims support in a growing team
* Collaborate with insurers and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored insurance solutions
About you:
* Tier 1 qualification required (Diploma desirable)
* Minimum 4 years' experience managing a general insurance portfolio
* Proven experience across a broad mix of general insurance risks
* Strong client relationship management, sales and communication skills
* Highly organised, proactive, and service-focused
* Collaborative working style and positive contribution to team culture
