About The Role

Financial

* Provide cost and commercial oversight for workshop‐based projects and operational activities, ensuring financial controls align with execution requirements.
* Assist to ensure field tickets are submitted accurately to the client and MPK AR team, within timeframes to allow invoicing within EOM requirements.
* Support the admin team to resolve any ticketing or invoicing errors or issues.
* Ensure all tickets are signed & invoiced on ticket register
* Ensure all costs have been covered in field tickets
* Ensure all tickets have been entered onto the ticket register
* Ensure PO is received and entered into Echitek before any work is begun/mobilised
* Proactively manage the divisions costs in direct relationship with operational activity and requirements

Operational

* Lead and contribute to the planning and execution of workshop‐based and operational project scopes, ensuring safe, efficient and technically sound delivery.
* Participate in and contribute to project planning activities, applying operational and engineering judgement to ensure projects are delivered to MPK standards and client expectations.
* Support client assurance activities through technical input, workshop engagement and verification of execution quality.
* Carry out Leadership Walks & CMR Verifications are being completed by Senior Team
* Ensure Roster & Flights are booked & planned
* Crew Day Log entry for payroll is updated by EOW
* Payroll timesheet vs crew day log review & processing
* Manage and support small‐scale workshop‐based project scopes from planning through execution and close‐out, including coordination of resources, schedule and cost.

Business Development

* Attending Regular Weekly/ Fortnightly / Monthly Client meeting & preparing info
* Gathering and interpreting technical, operational and analytical data for client presentations
* Attending periodic or milestone Client meetings in Head Office
* Quoting for new clients/business
* Quoting for Existing clients/business

Personnel Management

* Mentor all field personnel.
* Participate in reviews of personnel performance in relation progression and development.
* Ensuring Personnel are suitably trained for their role & field deployment.
* Reviewing Training Matrix & Scheduling Training.
* Performing Weekly/Fortnightly Safety meeting with crew highlighting focus areas, & recent LFI's.
* Reviewing IVMS & JM data & infringements & following up with any alerts/ infringements as per CMR001.
* Oversee timesheet accuracy and approvals, resolving discrepancies in consultation with individuals before processing.

Decision Making

* The role operates with autonomy within the context of their agreed work plan and makes decisions within the limits of delegated authority. All decisions are required to be made in an analytical and forward thinking manner, taking into account the best interest of the company, and efficient delivery of all outcomes, and work scopes. The role assists in determining strategic priorities in consultation with the Superintendent and BUL and defers (to the BUL) issues that will substantially alter the outcome, or timeframes, and major issues or conflicts arising in the course of duties, or matters requiring a higher delegated authority including approval for expenditure.
