About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Business Operations Support Officer to provide administrative support to our Director of Business and Operations. This role involves ensuring all non-teaching functions align with our educational mission and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Director of Business and Operations and team
* Back-up Payroll Officer duties
* Support in all reception and retail areas of the School
Requirements
* Able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, problem solve and resolve customer concerns in a calm manner
* Able to communicate sensitively and confidentially with stakeholders in a calm and skillful manner
* Prioritise competing demands, be flexible, learn new systems and share knowledge and skills with others
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and databases
* A professional, confident and helpful customer service approach
* Exceptional personal presentation
* Punctual, reliable and self-motivated
* Able to be resourceful and proactive
* Experience in a school, not-for-profit or complex multi-stakeholder environment highly regarded
* Current Paid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
* Current CPR/First Aid Qualification
* Willingness to have your name submitted to the Anglican Church's Professional Standards Register
