A generalist HR Advisor role, you will be responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle including:
* Providing all generalist advice to support business operations
* Supporting the development of future policies, processes and procedures to drive business efficiency
* Supporting performance management, performance reviews and personal/career development plans to enhance employee engagement and productivity
* Providing advice and support for all employee relations issues and recommendations for resolution to maintain a positive work environment
* Acting as the Subject-Matter Expert for our newly implemented HRIS system
* Supporting data analytics and reporting to inform business decisions
* Implementing engagement retention strategies to improve employee satisfaction and loyalty
* Driving Diversity, Equity and Inclusion across the business to foster a culture of inclusivity and respect
* Collaborating with other specialist divisions to support initial engagement of top talent and drive business growth
To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced HR Advisor ideally with current or prior experience in HRIS systems. You will be generalist in your exposure and able to demonstrate success in ensuring design, development and implementation of HR contemporary practices. You will be ambitious, corporate, creative, excel in your communication skills and stakeholder engagement, and enjoy working in a team environment.
