Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to support residents and families through the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update waiting lists, respite admissions, and related statistics to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Collaborate with the Residential Services Business Manager to determine financial status and make informed decisions.
* Coordinate client meetings, facility viewings, and admissions with Directors of Nursing/Managers to achieve timely and accurate outcomes.
* Work closely with Social Workers, Case Managers, and Health Information Services to streamline admissions processes.
You will provide guidance to colleagues and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in customer-facing roles with a strong focus on supporting vulnerable populations.
* Knowledge of residential care processes, legislation, and admission requirements.
* Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
