We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Planning and Logistics Manager to lead our supply chain operations and ensure our handcrafted chocolate gets to the right place, at the right time, in the right way. The Role Reporting to the General Manager – Supply Chain and Operations, the Planning and Logistics Manager will oversee end-to-end supply chain planning, inventory management, warehouse operations and logistics coordination. You’ll lead a team of six and work across departments to align supply with demand, drive service excellence and ensure operational performance supports business growth. You’ll play a critical role in capacity planning, S&OP, supplier relationships, demand forecasting and cost control—while collaborating with stakeholders across Sales, Retail, Finance and Production. Key Responsibilities * Lead planning for supply, capacity, and inventory to meet growth targets and seasonal demand * Manage warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficiency, DIFOT and cost control * Oversee demand forecasting and inventory optimisation using Netstock and Netsuite * Drive operational improvements across warehousing, supplier coordination and logistics * Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts and warehouse staff * Partner with cross-functional teams on product launches, strategic initiatives and campaigns * Monitor key performance metrics, including stock availability, wastage reduction and logistics costs * Champion continuous improvement in planning processes and warehouse productivity What You’ll Bring * Proven experience in planning, logistics, or supply chain leadership roles (FMCG or retail preferred) * Strong understanding of S&OP, warehouse operations and supplier management * Familiarity with demand forecasting systems and ERP integration (e.g. Netstock, Netsuite) * Leadership capability with a track record of developing high-performing teams * Commercial awareness and confidence in managing budgets and cost performance * A solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions Why Koko Black?
