About the Role
We're looking for a driven Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in the next chapter of our story. This is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your project delivery experience and take on meaningful responsibility within a dynamic, fast-paced business supporting some of Australia's most exciting brands.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and deliver new store builds, refurbishments and relocations from planning through to handover.
* Manage project budgets, tender processes and shopfitter negotiations, controlling costs and minimising variations.
* Coordinate landlords, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to secure approvals and ensure seamless store openings.
* Oversee procurement, site execution, handovers and defect resolution while continuously improving design and build outcomes.
* Conduct site visits to assess asset conditions, define scope of works and support lease negotiations where required.
* Maintain clear, transparent communication across the business, ensuring teams understand project impacts and key milestones.
Required Skills
* Experience supporting or delivering retail, hospitality or multi-site fit-out projects.
* The ability to build strong relationships with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders.
* Solid commercial awareness and an understanding of project budgets and cost control.
* Experience reviewing drawings, documentation or project scopes.
* Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams.
* A proactive mindset and the confidence to take ownership and drive outcomes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
