About Our Retail Team Member Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a full-time retail sales and design team member to join our collaborative retail team in Toowoomba.
As part of this role, you will work closely with our trades and regular customer base, providing exceptional customer service and designing and selling Stratco products.
The position involves working a rotating roster on Saturdays, with no evenings or Sundays.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, be driven to meet sales targets and have a desire to learn about Stratco products and the industry.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and creating brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities include:
* Customer interaction and relationship building face-to-face, by email and over the phone
* Designing and selling Stratco products
* Inbound telephone sales - processing and entering orders
* Commitment to continual growth, learning & training
* Strict adherence to safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* Computer and data entry skills
* Driven to meet KPIs and sales targets
* Desire to learn Stratco products and industry
* Availability to work one to two Saturdays per month - 9am to 2pm
* Experience in building industry or manufacturing (desirable)
