Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Store Leader to lead our store team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure customer service excellence, product consistency, and food safety
* Review sales and COGs to drive growth and profitability
* Maintain stock levels and assist with recruitment and training needs
* Create rosters and approve timesheets
* Execute marketing initiatives and identify new opportunities
* Lead a small team to deliver an excellent customer experience
* Respond to customer enquiries and mentor up-and-coming team members
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Fast Food, Café, or Restaurant Manager
* Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
* Proven ability to confidently lead a small team
* Ability to work a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends, public holidays, and late-night trade
* A current Food Safety Certificate and knowledge of specialty coffee are advantageous
