About the role
As Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations — from prep to service, leading by example and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
You'll:
* Support the Head Chef with rostering, ordering, and kitchen management
* Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
* Train and mentor junior team members
About you
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to step up
* Passionate about fresh, seasonal, pub-style food
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Calm under pressure and a positive team player
