We are currently seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team, focusing on the fast-paced and dynamic Legal or Accounting sectors. Both industries offer a range of interesting clients, diverse roles, and talented candidates, ensuring every day is varied and full of opportunity. What you’ll be doing: Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates. Working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and the roles they’re looking to fill. Sourcing, qualifying, and placing candidates in positions that match their skills and aspirations. Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates. What we’re looking for: Strong communication, customer service, or sales skills.
