We are looking for an outstanding medical device sales professional to join our established **Endovascular business** in the **Vascular division**. This **Sales & Clinical Specialist** role is a **12-month fixed-term contract** during a period of parental leave.
Based in _Sydney_ and reporting to _Regional Sales manager_, this role sits with a supportive team and would suit someone who loves taking the ownership of their territory. You would be responsible to manage the assigned territory assuring consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets by identifying opportunities and gaining new business and market share while maintaining existing business.
**Your responsibilities include (and not limited to)**:
- Meeting customer education and in-service requirements
- Developing new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory
- Conducting education and case support within Cardiac, Vascular & Radiology Catheterisation Labs & associated wards and personnel
**Who we're looking for**:
- Tertiary qualifications in biomedical / engineering / medical science / human movement or related is essential
- Prior experience selling in medical devices is well regarded; however, a hunger and drive to enter sales from a clinical background will be considered
- Proven track record in delivering sales targets in a complex, solution selling environment
- Good understanding of the industry process and function; able to convincingly discuss this with customers, as well as internal and external experts
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills; be customer focused and empathetic
- Concisely and clearly communicate with the ability to articulate technical/clinical information
