EY-Parthenon Strategy is looking for a Strategy Consultant with 2+ years of experience to join our growing strategy practice as a Business Analyst or Associate in Sydney or Melbourne.Work alongside high-performing teams in a boutique-style environment backed by EY's global network.Support our clients to solve their most pressing challenges.Contribute to projects that shape corporate direction, resolve commercial issues, and create lasting value.As a Strategy Consultant, you'll :Partner with senior executives across leading companies and government to tackle their most critical strategic questions and shape their organisation's future direction.Work in small, high-involvement teams with direct Partner exposure, contributing to problem definition and owning important workstreams.Use fact-based, data-driven analysis to extract insights, then synthesise them into clear, actionable recommendations.Gain broad exposure across industries and public/private sectors, on engagements in Australia and internationally.Develop quickly through our hands-on, collaborative approach, supported by structured training and development programs.This is a hybrid position based in either Warrang – Sydney or Naarm – Melbourne.
