Urban Utilities is in an exciting phase of organisational growth and are currently seeking an experienced Data and Reporting Consultant to enhance the Customer and Employee experience through data insights and reporting analytics.
About the Role
Reporting into the Experience Systems and Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for providing reporting and analytics to equip leads and specialists within Urban Utilities to make informed business decisions.
You will play an important part in ensuring that data is captured, stored, maintained, and utilised in a way that enables successful reporting and analytics outcomes for the organisation in a timely and accurate fashion.
With a curious mind, you will enjoy identifying opportunities to improve outputs, processes and tools and contribute to process redesign and change activities to ensure business adoption.
Specifically, you will;
Oversee data collection mechanisms and partner with stakeholders to ensure quality & accuracy;
Run detailed and comprehensive reports, analysing trends and providing effective advice back to the business;
Analyse current system functionality and work with the internal stakeholders to optimise the system configuration;
Gather business requirements using a variety of methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis; and
Manage, develop, and operate aspects of the data management system.
**What we'll love about you**:

**Ideally, you will have**:
Significant experience and high level of expertise in Power BI;
Strong experience in producing Executive level analytics in dashboards and reports;
Strong experience in analysing complex data sets;
Experience in data warehousing and data modelling; and
A collaborative, influential and relationship focused communication style.
To ensure your success in the role, you will possess a naturally inquisitive mind and pride yourself in your high standard of work delivery. You will always be striving to identify opportunities to improve outputs, processes and tools and contribute to process redesign and change activities.
Qualifications in Human Resources and / or Information Technology or related discipline will be highly regarded.
