We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student Recruitment Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our student recruitment and admissions activities.
You will also support marketing and recruitment campaigns, coordinate enquiries, and contribute to building strong relationships with students, families, and partners both onshore and offshore.

Reporting to the Head of Department, the role is responsible to
* Assist the Head of Marketing with student recruitment, marketing, managing partners/ representatives/education agents, and meeting sales targets; working closely with admissions, student services, and teaching faculties
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Assist:
* Student retention and maximise student experience
* Recruit students from markets as specified by the Head of Department
* Liaise with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders as required. Conduct parent meetings to provide accurate information and advice to parents and students on course-related matters
* Manage student recruitment agents and visit them when required
* Maintain agent agreements through the internal management system
* Actively seek potential student recruitment agents who can bring Ozford students
* Maintain and update agent lists, as well as the status of student applications
* Manage prospective students; including student inquiries, email, online chat, or telephone inquiries
* Manage and initiate new social media platforms to gain maximum market exposure
* Promote assigned countries and areas and prepare promotional material accordingly
* Attend regular market update meetings and marketing meetings
* Research and report on competitor activity, trends, and opportunities for Ozford when required
* Participate in a wide array of promotional activities globally
* Teamwork with student services team to help on student issues
* Seek professional help for prospective students in the event of them having a visa issue
* Communicate with student parents when required
* Travel locally and overseas
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
* A Bachelor degree or higher qualification
* At least 3 years experience in the student recruitment field or similar role
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Proven track record in marketing with a high rate of sales conversions
* Ability to build lasting, trusting relationships with potential clients and stakeholders
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
* Advanced knowledge of software tools used in today's digital age
* Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
* Experience with international students
DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES FOR THE ROLE:
* Fluency in Chinese will be highly regarded
* High-level skills in photography, videography, digital media advertising
