Regional Mental Health Services
We are seeking a passionate and skilled professional to provide clinical mental health services to individuals with moderate to severe and complex mental health needs across Tamworth, Armidale, and Gunnedah.
This rewarding role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based psychological therapies, support early intervention, and promote recovery and wellbeing in regional communities.
About the Role:
* Deliver person-centred therapeutic care that is culturally appropriate and tailored to individual needs
* Provide evidence-based interventions, including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy
* Liaise with general practitioners, allied health providers, and community services to ensure seamless care
* Utilize flexible service delivery methods, such as outreach and telehealth, to meet the diverse needs of clients
* Contribute to program planning and continuous quality improvement initiatives
About You:
* You hold current membership with a relevant professional body, such as AHPRA, AASW, or ACA
* You have experience providing clinical mental health care in primary settings and possess excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
* You are skilled in risk assessment and trauma-informed support, with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively
* You hold a driver's licence, Working With Children Check, and National Police Check
