Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Wollongong, NSW. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of properties, including tenant relations, leasing, maintenance coordination, and financial management. Key tasks involve managing rental agreements, ensuring property upkeep, addressing tenant concerns, and optimizing property financial performance.
Qualifications
* Property management, leasing, and tenant relations skills
* Experience in maintenance coordination and property upkeep
* Financial management and budgeting skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
* Proficiency in property management software and tools
* Relevant certification or degree in property management, real estate, or a related field is a plus
* Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
