What you'll do Lead business resilience and continuity frameworks, policies, and tools
Set resilience requirements and oversee Critical Operations
Provide Second Line advice, assurance, and regulatory alignment (CPS 230)
Drive training, awareness, and a strong resilience culture
Lead crisis/incident response and embed lessons learned
Report to senior management and mentor team members What you'll bring Relevant tertiary qualification in a related discipline (business, law, finance, commence, IT, mathematics, risk, compliance) is highly desired
5+ years' experience in operational risk and/or operational resilience (including business continuity) roles within a financial services environment
Strong understanding of Insurance Operations
Demonstrated experience in risk and control frameworks
Experience with prudential regulatory frameworks, specifically CPS 230
