We are seeking a proactive Commercial & Residential Administrator with a marketing background to support our sales and leasing team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and assisting the team from listing through to settlement.
Responsibilities:
* Provide full administrative support from listing to settlement, including preparing and managing Form 6, disclosures, and contracts.
* Liaise with solicitors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
* Assist with marketing campaigns, including social media content, property listings, brochures, and email communications.
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and transaction documentation.
* Coordinate property inspections, appointments, and client communications.
* Support reporting and tracking of sales and leasing activity.
* Undertake other administrative and marketing tasks as required to support the team.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in real estate administration (commercial and/or residential) is highly desirable.
* A minimum of 3+ years of real estate administration experience is ideal but not required.
* Marketing experience, including social media management, content creation, or property marketing.
* A minimum of 3+ years of marketing experience is ideal but not required.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate CRM systems.
* High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
