The Role: You’ll plan and execute visual merchandising across multiple locations, translating our brand and product strategies into physical spaces that look great and sell well. This is a hands-on role that blends design thinking with real-world retail. What You’ll Be Doing ✅ Coordinating with stores, category teams, and designers to land a strong VM strategy ✅ Installing signage, displays, and promo materials to a high standard ✅ Auditing stores and making visual improvements ✅ Supporting new store setups and activations ✅ Keeping our floorplan guidelines and display standards consistent What You Bring ✅ 2–4 years in VM, retail styling, or display coordination ✅ A natural eye for detail and understanding of shopper behaviour ✅ Solid communication skills and an ability to work across teams ✅ Experience with Adobe CS or planogram software is a plus ✅ You don’t need to be from travel retail, but you’ll need to move fast and think practically Why Join Us You’ll be part of a nimble, talented team with real scope to put your stamp on our retail look and feel.
