**Job Title:** Trades Assistant
**About the Role:** We are seeking a dedicated Trades Assistant to join our team. The role involves supporting tradespeople in the workshop and contributing to various tasks, including assembly and disassembly of hydraulic cylinders, chrome stripping and chroming, and operation of HVOF polishing processes.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Assist with assembly and disassembly of mechanical components
2. Operate chrome stripping and chroming tanks
3. Perform painting and sandblasting tasks
4. Clean, flush, dress, and polish parts
5. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience as a Trades Assistant or labourer in a workshop or industrial setting
* Positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
