You will report to the Field Sales Manager and join our energetic team of Business Development Managers in Australia. This role will develop your commercial skills while immersing you in our leading portfolio of brands.

A Day in the Life of a Diageo BDM
* Maintain Market Knowledge: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
* Engage with Customers: Conduct sales calls and presentations to retail partners and distributors to promote product knowledge and sell-through.
* Drive Sales: Develop strategies to meet revenue targets, collaborating with sales teams on product placement and promotions.
* Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, supply, and other functions to expand brands and ensure market visibility.
* Negotiate Contracts: Lead contractual negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and maintaining strong relationships.
