Sous Chef Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team in Darwin, Australia.
* Plan and direct food preparation in our kitchen, overseeing other kitchen staff and addressing operational issues.
* Ensure your area is properly organized, staffed, and directed.
* Meet all production targets to cater accurately for each flight.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large multi-function high-end venues and experience producing consistent, high-quality culinary items.
Demonstrated success in a similar role (minimum Junior Sous or experienced CDP) and trade-qualified chef with at least 3 years' experience in a high-volume food production environment are essential.
