We're looking for a Scheduling & Customer Service Coordinator to keep our plumbers in the right place at the right time, keep clients in the loop, and keep the office calm when things get busy.
This is a full-time role based in Toowoomba, with plenty of variety, laughs and support.

What you'll be doing
* Scheduling jobs in Simpro so our plumbers' days run smoothly – no gaps, no double-ups
* Keeping clients updated via phone, email via Lana
* Being the friendly, calm voice on the other end of the line when things get busy
* Juggling priorities – urgent jobs, last-minute changes, weather dramas
* Staying one step ahead so our plumbers aren't ever twiddling their thumbs
* Working closely with the Ops Manager to keep the day on track
* Helping out with phones and general admin when needed
You'll be a great fit if you:
* Stay cool under pressure and enjoy a bit of organised chaos
* Have strong time management and organisational skills
* Are a people person – friendly, clear and helpful with clients and teammates
* Have an eagle eye for detail – nothing gets past you
* Are confident with computers (Simpro experience is a big bonus, but not essential)
* Are happy to pitch in when the phones go mad or someone needs a hand
* Experience in scheduling- customer service- reception or admin.
