We're growing — and we're looking for a proactive, detail‑driven Client Services Officer to join our team.

In this role, you'll support advisers and clients across onboarding, OFA workflows, client reviews, and advice implementation. If you thrive in a structured environment, enjoy helping people, and love keeping things moving smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.

Role Responsibilities

* Manage client onboarding and account establishment
* Coordinate identity verification & certification documents
* Assist with insurance & policy schedules and maintain accurate records
* Maintain OFA workflows, ensuring tasks are progressed and meetings are prepared.
* Drive client review systems — prepare review packs, gather data, assist with ROAs.
* Support advisers with advice administration, documentation, and follow‑ups.

Role Requirements

* Experience in wealth management, financial planning, super admin or advice operations.
* Strong documentation skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Confidence communicating with clients, super funds, platforms, and insurers.
* Solid Microsoft 365 + investment platform and order skills
