Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Customer Service - Provide the highest possible level of professionalism and customer service to clients, drivers, contractors and schedulers.
* Monitoring stock management performance, daily and monthly stock reconciliations, investigation of Gain/Losses, and implementation of improvement plans and tracking of progress.
* Assist Operations with KPI data collation, KPI monitoring, analysis, intervention and escalation as needed and monthly returns. Assist Operations with tracking of Leader Standard Work, intervention and escalation as needed.
* Advanced Excel functions proficiency required for KPI data analysis and monthly reporting tasks.
* Support Operations in the delivery of process improvements and Continuous Improvement Projects.
* Support Operations in the annual planning cycle including but not limited to opex, capex, and business plan creation.
* Support Operations with Audits and Reviews and the administration associated with these.
* Support Operations team with PO and invoice processing, reciept management, and other financial administration work.
* Experience with ERP systems preferred for purchase order and invoice processing responsibilities.
* Ad hoc duties as directed by the Operations Leadership Team
* Comply with HSE Employee Responsibilities Statement;
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.
* Minimum 5+ years experience in operations or administrative support roles required.
* Certificate or Diploma level qualification required.
