Level: (Senior)
Purpose: Acts as the bridge between business needs and Salesforce technology, ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals.
Core Responsibilities:
Proven experience as a Solution Architect on complex, multi-system integration programs (ideally in government or regulatory environments).
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect working in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, capabilities, and integration patterns.
• Experience in data architecture, including data modelling, data flows, and master data management.
• Expertise in security and privacy by design principles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
• Familiarity with contemporary government digital service standards desirable.
• Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Salesforce certified Application Architect mandatory
• Salesforce certified Technical Architect highly desirable.
• Experience with Jitter bit platform highly desirable.
Experience and knowledge in Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud would be advantageous
Certifications Required:
Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory)
Salesforce Administrator (mandatory)
Platform Developer II and Omnistudio Developer (desirable)
Ideal Candidate Profile should be:
Experience on leading enterprise Salesforce projects.
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura.
Declarative tools (Flows, Permission Sets, Security Models).
Service Cloud (preferably Public Sector Cloud).
Leadership: Ability to guide developers, enforce best practices, and communicate technical vision to non-technical stakeholders.
