A pivotal role, making a real impact in education with a forward-thinking organisation. As Business Analyst / Testing Lead, you will validate the solution, coordinate User Acceptance Testing and ensure seamless alignment between process, data and change workstreams.
* Validate solution configuration against business requirements
* Ensure traceability between processes, requirements, integrations and reporting
* Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and implementation partners
* Prepare the UAT Test Plan and acceptance criteria
This is a multi-faceted position, working across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sentral and associated integrations, ensuring consistent, efficient and future-focused operations across a multi-site school network.
About You:
You are an experienced Business Analyst with strong grounding in UAT leadership, process mapping, stakeholder engagement and solution validation. You thrive at the intersection of people, process and technology, guiding teams through change.
* Qualification in Business Analysis or equivalent practical experience
* Demonstrated experience leading UAT in a large system implementation
* Strong understanding of process mapping and business process validation
