The Opportunity A rare leadership opportunity has become available for an experienced General Manager to lead two high-performing franchise dealerships representing leading global automotive brands. This role is based in regional Victoria and involves overseeing operations across two nearby locations. Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will take full accountability for driving strategic and operational performance across all departments — including new and used vehicle sales, service, parts, finance & insurance — while ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer journey.
