We are seeking a Clinician to join our Continuing Care Team, where you will provide holistic and wrap-around support to young people who have experienced their first episode of early psychosis.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified mental health professional to make a positive impact in the lives of young people. As a Clinician in our Continuing Care Team, you will work with individuals aged 12-25 who are experiencing or at high risk of psychosis.
* You will provide ongoing clinical care, focusing on early intervention and reducing the duration of untreated psychosis.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide holistic and wrap-around support to young people experiencing early psychosis.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for every individual.
