Job Description
Associate & Senior roles available.
PMO Analyst, Operations Analyst, Project Governance Analyst
Collaborate with Portfolio Operations and project teams to align divisional activities with the implementation roadmap.
Document current-state processes and co-design future-state workflows with key stakeholders.
Elicit, validate, and manage functional and non-functional requirements in partnership with business and project teams.
Participate in product demonstrations, showcases, and fortnightly Working Group forums.
Contribute to the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
Lead stakeholder engagement and deliver targeted change communications to drive clarity and buy-in.
Partner with the Project Change Manager to execute change plans, including impact assessments and communication strategies.
Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate end-to-end system training delivery.
Update business processes and documentation to align with the new system.
Support data migration and go-live readiness activities.
Develop Day-1 support plans, manage hypercare, and oversee transition to BAU in collaboration with project and business teams.
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in consultancy, strategy, and change management within the Public Sector.
Strong knowledge of business readiness and change management frameworks.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, management, or a related field.
