Pay: $44.64 to $68.53 per hour plus Super
Overview
Use your experience in early learning and work alongside our Centre Director to support our centre and team. Competitive pay at least 7% above award plus a range of benefits including childcare discount and salary packaging availability. Work for Australia's largest early learning not‑for‑profit.
Responsibilities
* Engage and motivate the centre team to drive continuous improvement in all aspects across centre operation.
* Work in collaboration with the centre leadership team and establish respectful and reciprocal relationships with families.
* Engage in networks within the centre's local community.
* Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high‑quality early learning and care.
* Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team.
* Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.
* Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide.
Qualifications
* Diploma in early childhood education / Bachelor.
* Current NSW Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
* Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
* Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
* Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
