**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in maintaining the website (Shopify) including product maintenance, sales, reporting and working cross functionally to drive sales
- Assist with managing new product and web inventory
- Assisting with internal comms to stores
- Work on LAM, including campaign & events
- Work with third parties on marketing collateral for stores
- Proactively work with digital marketing agency on website and marketing objectives and following through t completion
- Report and analyse marketing activities & events, and share with the wider team
- Assist Customer Service and wider Online team when required
**Requirements**:
- Experience in digital marketing and website maintenance
- Knowledge of web order fulfilment and driving pick and pack metrics preferred
- Experience in web analytics, reporting and optimisation
- Understanding of digital marketing tools ie. EDM creation, marketplace, abandoned cart and driving conversion
- Fantastic communication skills needed to fit in this fun team
- Knowledge of web analytics, reporting and optimisation
- Ideally knowledge of Shopify E-comm platform and Klaviyo customer database tools
- Experience with Google Adwords, paid socials and digi marketing platforms
- Worked with Office 365 including Sharepoint, Teams & Office Suite
